{"id":831,"date":"2021-07-21T14:57:28","date_gmt":"2021-07-21T14:57:28","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.ristoranteledase.com\/polenta-carbonera-formaggio-olio\/"},"modified":"2024-05-31T08:56:44","modified_gmt":"2024-05-31T08:56:44","slug":"polenta-carbonera-cheese-oil","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.ristoranteledase.com\/en\/polenta-carbonera-cheese-oil\/","title":{"rendered":"Polenta Carbon\u00e8ra"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>At the Le Dase restaurant, we use our <a previewlistener=\"true\" href=\"https:\/\/www.ristoranteledase.com\/en\/buy-extra-virgin-olive-oil-lake-garda\/\">Delnoss oil<\/a>, local cheeses and we are proud to note that no other Malcesine restaurant offers Carbon\u00e8ra on their menu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It\u2019s great as a dish by itself and still good the next day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How you prepare it<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Here\u2019s our recipe for our Carbon\u00e8ra:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><strong>Ingedients<\/strong>:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>1 kg medium yellow (corn) flour<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 kg mixed cheeses from the Baldo&nbsp; mountain huts such as Monte Veronese (seasoned or fresh).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>a pinch of salt<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>350 g of Malcesine extra virgin olive oil<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>6 l of water<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Method:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Boil the water in a copper pan. Add the salt, sprinkle in the flour and cook for about 20 minutes. Spend the time slowly adding the cheese cut into small pieces. Mix carefully making sure that it doesn\u2019t stick to the pan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Then cook for about 40 minutes, pour the oil in as a stream and mix.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Now your Carbon\u00e8ra is ready to
